Justin Mallory

Justin Mallory has a diverse litigation practice, specializing in construction, general liability, personal injury and wrongful death matters. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Mallory has a broad range of experience representing private and public entity clients in claims for defective construction, contract disputes, insurance coverage and indemnity issues. Mr. Mallory also regularly advises individuals and institutional clients on a wide range of topics including personal injury, general liability and has experience representing the largest rideshare platform in UM/UIM and litigated automobile accident cases.

Mr. Mallory understands the importance of alternative dispute resolution and regularly assists clients on claims avoidance and early resolution prior to trial. He has successfully resolved many matters at mediation, arbitration and trial.
